Zachary Garza: The feedback I got from one of the reps - I checked in with him about an hour ago - he said, "This is awesome. Time Machine is something I've never used before at a company. I've been at bigger companies and they just don't have things like this." He's teaching himself and understanding the business a lot better. I told him this is how it normally would be - you'd just have to figure things out on your own, everything isolated, not knowing what applies to you. But he's had no questions at all. He gets the concept of everything - doing the workbooks, all of it. We came from a place where this was hard to believe could happen, and now it's like - times are changing, things can actually happen the way people imagine.
Joni Leetun: We've tried so many different third parties to help with different things, and one after the next fell short - or didn't even do any part of what they promised. So we've turned a page, and it's just been great working with you all. All of the BDRs so far have sung the praises of Time Machine.
Zachary Garza: That's the biggest voice for me - do you get what we're doing? And then I'm seeing the calls, and now I'm seeing the meetings. I still have my process with them - we do role plays, we shadow calls, recordings, all the stuff I like to do. But you can tell: what I would've had to do when Madison started six, seven months ago compared to what it is now - it's night and day. I feel like I'm a living testimonial for you guys. Essentially, the hours I spent training multiple groups and teams versus what it is now is night and day. This is probably a tool we're going to use company-wide for everybody. I just wanted to jump on and give you that feedback and the update.
