Your data is stored in enterprise-grade Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure with data centers located in the United States. All database files are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and replicated across multiple availability zones for redundancy.
Upon request or contract termination, we provide a 30-day data export window followed by complete data deletion. Data is securely wiped from all systems including backups within 90 days, and we provide written confirmation of deletion upon request.
We provide enterprise-grade authentication and security. All accounts are protected with secure password policies, and we support multi-factor authentication (MFA) for additional security. Role-based access controls ensure users only access the data and features they need.
